From the European Chemicals Agency…
The ECHA continues to make available Guidance on REACH that is intended to assist businesses in their preparations for REACH.
In January 2008, guidance for Downstream Users was published.

From the European Commission…
The draft Commission Regulation setting out the structure and amounts of the REACH fees and charges collected by the European Chemicals Agency, was agreed at the comitology meeting on 10 December 2007.
The regulation currently available is a draft and the official version will be published in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
